Capital Customs

If you’re considering upgrading your vehicle’s audio system, I highly recommend Jesse and the team at Capital Customs. I was nervous about having my rare Saab Viggen Convertible taken apart, but the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The new sound system is phenomenal, the backup camera is seamlessly integrated, and the installation looks completely factory. My car actually came back looking better than when I dropped it off. The shop is spotless, the team is professional, and they even replaced a burned-out brake light bulb without me asking. My only criticism is the communication. Based on our initial conversations, I believed satellite radio capability and steering wheel controls were included. After the installation, I learned they would cost an additional $475, and the discussion that followed wasn’t handled as professionally as I had hoped. A more thorough conversation before the work began would have prevented the misunderstanding. My advice to future customers is to review every feature you want before leaving your vehicle. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and setting clear expectations up front will help ensure your experience is every bit as good as the fin

Jesse does an awesome job running his shop. I’ve had an issue with my 2026 turbomax limiting an aftermarket install and Jesse has been extremely helpful in trying to work through the situation with me. He has given more effort into helping than I could ask for. Go see capital customs. You won’t be disappointed.

I had many options when I decided to upgrade the audio system in my Lexus, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Capital Customs. It was truly the best decision I could have made! From start to finish, they were patient, informative, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood every step of the process. What really stood out was how interactive and educational the experience was—it felt like a true collaboration as the design and installation came together. They delivered on every promise and then some. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall design quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The final result is absolutely spot-on. Listening to my wide-ranging music catalog on this system has been an entirely new experience—it’s an absolute thrill every time I get in the truck. No matter what genre of music I am enjoying, the sound is warm, bright and musical with punchy, tight bass notes. All in all, this has been one of the best consumer experiences I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Jesse and the entire team at Capital Customs.

Above and beyond. The quality of workmanship and products is almost as good as the attention to detail. Jesse and his crew know exactly what to do and how to do it. Highly recommend !!!

Jessie and his crew are definitely the best in the Albany area. He has a very good turn around when it to installation. Pricing is fair but I'm always impressed with his shop. Its always clean and in order. It makes you feel secure about how he runs things and how he takes care of his customer's vehicles while he does his thing. I will definitely continue to utilize his services and I see myself going back again and again.🫡🫡🫡
